Having the subcommittee author a committee note about Lightweight
DITA, its drivers, use cases, and design.
Such a committee note could serve in the place of a formal
proposal to the DITA TC. Lightweight DITA, while it passed the
stage one criteria for DITA 1.3, never was offered for further
consideration.
