======

1. Report from SIGDOC presentations

Carlos reported from LwDITA-related sessions and presentations at the ACM SIGDOC conference in Halifax, NS. There was interest from academics and industry representatives in attendance.
 2. Report from multimedia domain call

Carlos, Kris, and Mark reported on the call from the multimedia domain working group. LwDITA will incorporate a constrained set of the elements proposed by Chris Nitchie. Carlos added relevant content to the committee note draft and
 3. Add a note about setting appropriate expectations about compatibility /interop of MDITA/HDITA topics

The subcommittee drafted a note (?lightbulb? for implementers). Working Draft #19 includes this note.
 4.  Specialization in LwDITA

The subcommittee discussed the need for a brief topic addressing specialization in MDITA. General rule is to specialize from what is in LwDITA and do not incorporate DITA elements not present in LwDITA. Working Draft #19 includes a draft of this topic.
 5. HDITA coding questions

- In HDITA, the title and h1 tags have the same content (mapped from XDITA title). There?s not much we can do to change that.

- Robert pointed out that data-class attributes in HDITA map XDITA?s special elements, whereas HTML5?s class attribute maps outputclass. We need them both.
 6. Kris built a draft of the committee note and SC members present in the call proposed changes and edits.
