Approving LwDITA committee note and requesting a public review

Bad news -- The vote that the DITA TC conducted on 17 October did
      not meet OASIS procedural requirements. It needed to

    

    
      
Reference a specific ZIP file in Kavi that included the PDF,
        DITA source, and sample files

      
Specify that we approved the Committ Note draft and submit it
        for X days public review.

      

    
    
Here is the sort of language that we need in our motion:

    
I move that
        the TC approve submitting <Working Draft OR Committee Note
        Draft title, version number and revision number> contained in
        <URL to CND on docs.oasis-open.org OR ZIP file in TC's Kavi
        document repository> for <number of days> public
        review.

    
I'd like to conduct a vote ASAP, but I'll
      need the LwDITA subcommittee to build an appropriate ZIP file on
      which we can vote.
