Missing @keys in LwDITA committee note table

Dear LwDITA SC people,

Keith sent me a code sample that made me realize that our table of attributes on the committee note is missing @keys, which should be @data-keys in HDITA/MDITA and is used for keydefs.

That also means the example of HDITA map on page 23 is wrong (missing the @data-keys inside the linktext var).

We need to fix this :-(

Is it too late with the OASIS chain of publication?
