No clue. It actually came in as a GitHub issue rather than pull
      request. It's from Radu Coravu at SyncroSoft -- not an OASIS
      member but well-known DITA contributor -- and related to some
      incorrect entries in the LwDITA catalog file.

    
I of course can forward the issue e-mail to the TC and handle it
