Error in processing-role for topicref in plugin

Dear LwDITA people,

Radu Coravu pointed out an error in our XDITA plugin. In the mod file for map, processing-role was implied as resource-only.Â

I did a clumsy fix adding an entity I named processing, and wonder if someone with more DTD and normative-DITA power (ahem... Robert) can go take a look on the master branch of the LwDITA repo before I build a new release.Â
