regrets for 7/20; DITAWeb review

Colleagues,
I have a personal conflict with today's Lightweight DITA subcommittee
meeting.
I attempted to build the draft Lightweight DITA spec to load into
DITAWeb for review. But I was not able to successfully build the spec.
