Is the Open OASIS LwDITA repo still needed?

Yesterday was Carlos Evia's last meeting at a voting member of the DITA
TC. The DITA TC's policies require that a subcommittee be chaired by a
voting member of the TC.
If I do not hear back, I'll move to close the LwDITA subcommittee at
next week's DITA TC meeting.
