Discussions about using YAML as an MDITA map

Per my action from the last meeting, I looked through our minutes for
discussions on using YAML as a map for MDITA. I thought we had voted on
it but I could not find that vote. Here is what I found, see below.

GFM reuse mechanism - Define set of strings in YAML file. 1). Can we support in LwDITA? Yes - map to keydef map file. We support GFM variable text.
JS: Map YAML to DITA Map? Investigate and propose to TC. JS will
investigate what mapping might look like.
