discussion on today’s teleconference (the 35-minute replay of which is

I’ve enabled the first draft of the SIDSC Architecture Specification PDF
for shared review and posted it here:

Hopefully,
when you access that URL your browser will open the file using the Adobe Reader
(8 or later) plugin and you’ll be asked to join the shared review. You
will then be asked to provide your OASIS member login credentials. Once the
file is open, you can use Adobe Reader’s comment & markup toolbar to
add your comments and respond to other’s comments. Make sure to use the “Publish
Comments” button periodically to push your annotations to the OASIS
server.
