OASIS SVN "relocation"

For those of you who may have recently had trouble connecting to the OASIS subversion repository with your favorite SVN client (particularly if you tried to commit a change), you'll need to know about a recent update to the oasis-open.org infrastructure:

Bottom line is that you need to tell your SVN client that the repository has moved from

http://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/svn/dita/subcommittees/SIDSC/

to

https://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/svn/dita/subcommittees/SIDSC/ 

That's the direct URL for SVN clients. The browser-friendly URL is

https://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/dita/subcommittees/SIDSC/#_subcommittees_SIDSC_
