Null Entity Resolve Problem (Heeeeeeelp)

Hi,

I am trying to migrate the functionality of the DITA Toolkit with a system I
develop. Particularly I am trying to run the ant scripts programmaticaly
using a Java function. The problem is that I take the following warning for
every topic:

resolve:
'file:///C:\JBuilder2007\workspace\WordtoDitaPlugin\content\document\temp/content/document_1.1.xml'
with base:
'file:///C:/JBuilder2007/workspace/WordtoDitaPlugin/content/document/temp/deliverable.ditamap'
resolveEntity: 'null':
'file:/C:/JBuilder2007/workspace/WordtoDitaPlugin/content/document/temp/content/document_1.1.xml'
No matching catalog entry found, parser will use:

deliverable.ditamap: Is a map with type a specialization I have developed
(It works inside the DITA Toolkit)
