Groups - DITA 1.1 XSDs (dita1.1_refact_c.zip) uploaded

Fixed issue with documents not allowing mixed content models when using
Xerces-C as the validating parser.

Added mixed="true" to the local element complexType where appropriate as
the fix for the errors.
