DITA 1.2 Suggestion - Add linktype attribute to xref element

Add a linktype attribute to the xref element so specify alternative hyperlinking methods.
Currently, an xref can only transform to a standard hyperlink.
The linktype attribute would permit alternative linking methods to be passed to the output processor.
For example, a linktype of "expansion" might result in the processor transforming the link to a DHTML hide/show toggle feature, or a linktype of "hover" might result in the processor transforming the link to a "tooltip" style of presentation of the link target.
