Groups - Consolidated DITA 1.1 Specifications (dita1.1.zip) uploaded

There was a request for a consolidated zip file with all of the DITA 1.1
specification materials, similar to the package that was posted for DITA
1.0. This zip contains all of the specification materials that were posted
individually several days ago.
