Groups - DITA 1.2 Language Specification (source) (langspecsource20080425.zip) uploaded

This is the first draft of the DITA 1.2 Language Specification. It has
almost no updates to content, but does have stubs for every element in DITA
1.2. The current maps contain alphabetical element lists; a breakdown by
module (like the approved 1.1 specification) is not yet available.
