Free use of Web 2.0 Open Standards and OASIS OAXAL compliant translationtool for translating DITA documentation

Dear DITA Technical Committee Members,

XML-INTL would like to offer the free use of its XTM Web 2.0 
collaborative and fully featured online translation environment for the 
translation of DITA Documentation. XML-INTL will host XTM for DITA 
translation.

With XTM there is no need to install desktop software, only Firefox or 
IE are required and as such is totally platform independent. XTM is a 
fully featured Computer Assisted Tool (CAT) with full terminology, 
dictionary management, concordance and built in QA as well allowing 
immediate preview of the translation. XTM has multiple built in 
workflows as well as integration with Google's SMT engine. Translators 
share all the memories dynamically and multiple translators can work on 
the same file at the same time, as well as allowing translators and 
reviewers to work interactively.

XTM is built completely on Open Standards and in spirit is a further 
extension of DITA itself in terms of authoring and localization. XTM 
also implements the draft OASIS Open Architecture for XML Authoring and 
Localization implementing the all of the localization standards from 
OASIS, LISA OSCAR and W3C.
