1.3 proposals from DiCE

The early work of 
DITA in Composite Environments has led to two draft proposals for 1.3, so 
far.

 

We will continue to 
capture them in the wiki (http://wiki.oasis-open.org/dita/DITA_1.3_Proposals) 
until it is appropriate to begin discussing them.

 

We've made 
considerable progress in defining our purpose and scope, as evidenced by the 
updated wiki and two draft proposals. If you were waiting for the dust to 
settle, now is a good time to give DiCE another look.
