FYI: I Updated the "DITA Perceptions" Wiki Page

Hi all

--
I have made three updates to the DITA Complexity wiki page at http://wiki.oasis-open.org/dita/DITA_Perceptions
.
1. I added little reference markers for each ISSUE and each SOLUTION is running text.
2. I added a table at the end that correlates referenced ISSUEs with referenced SOLUTIONs.
NOTE: I made only explicit correlations.
3. I added a separate list at the very bottom of the proposed SOLUTIONS.
Enjoy!
