Hi,

please note that HTML5 allows nesting of ruby elements to express double
annotations:

https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=19214

Ruby domain proposal seems to prohibit such usage and is thus unable to
capture all Ruby use-cases.
