One correction on your minutes. You wrote: "Basically, Chet reported that the Process Committee has agreed to this, effective immediately."

That is not correct. The Process Committee has reached a consensus on the approach to be taken. We are working on proposed revisions to the TC Process language now and the committee intends to take it to the Board in January for approval. However, for now, the current rules still apply. 

Sorry for any confusion on that score.
