action items from Feb 19th TCmeeting

Here are the action items from yesterday's TC meeting:

ACTION 31 - for ALL TC members:
Look at Trello board to review ontent of all current DITA 1.3 proposals.  Respond either via Trello cars (prefereable) or to Kris or Don on how you would prioritize the proposals, which proposals are dependent on whichother proposals, etc.

ACTION #2 - for All TC members
Re; proposal 13027 (add draft-comment to other locations), review the list of locations proposed in Eliot's current proposal and respond if there are any locations you think are inappropriate.

ACTION #3 - Kris, Robert, Nancy
Work on methods for creating and storing aggregated TC minutes.
