I need to remind people that the deadlines for having proposals reviewed, discussed, and approved is looming: 1 December 2013 There are only three TC meetings between now and the deadlines: tomorrow, 19 November, and 26 November.
Remember that reviewers need a minimum of week to review the proposal, proposal owners need to incorporate changes, the proposal must be discussed at at least one TC meeting, and then it takes another TC meeting to vote the proposal through.
I'm willing to slip deadlines into December for proposals, but not any longer.
