table/@orient and entry/@rotate are meant to follow and be compatible with
their CALS equivalents. The CALS spec[1] states pretty unequivocally that
it's 90 degrees counter-clockwise.

One could reasonably argue that this is a shortcoming in the CALS model,
but that's a separate discussion.
