Hello All,
Please hold the date!
The DITA Adoption TC has approved plans for a July 30 Webinar
introducing DITA 1.3. We hope to have the following speakers
presenting quick introductions to the features they have
sponsored (5-7 minutes following a set slide series). We will
follow this webinar with a series of in-depth webinars with each
of the speakers.
We have not yet confirmed with every speaker on this list,
but hope to hear back from all of you with this announcement
Introduction — JoAnn Hackos (confirmed)
Troubleshooting — Bob Thomas (confirmed)
Release Management — Tom Cihak
Scoped Keys — Chris Nitchie
Branching — Robert Anderson
Relax NG — Eliot Kimber
Learning and Training — Mark Meyers
DITA Help — Tony Self or Stan Doherty
DITA Domains — ??
Update on the DITA 1.3 status and summary — Kris Eberlein

We will need to write a blurb about the webinar, inviting
people to join, and get it out on the various LInkedIn, Yahoo,
and Facebook sites.
Dee please confirm that this date works for OASIS and that
we’ll be able to use the GoToMeeting.
Kris, please put this on tomorrow’s agenda for the DITA TC
meeting as well.
Best regards,
JoAnn
