Modifications to current domain usage in OASIS doctype shells

Here's my summary, based on memory and based on minutes from July 8 and July 15 TC meetings, as well as a quick call with Kris to double check with her notes.

Map (Technical Content) should add markup domain, XML mention domain for consistency with phrase-level markup in topics

Bookmap should add markup domain, XML mention domain, release management domain

Classify map should have same domains as Map (technical content), plus the Classify domain that is already used -- needs to add abbreviate, programming, release management, software, UI, glossref, markup, and XML Mention

Subject Scheme: remove ditavalref domain

Composite (ditabase) should match the TC Topic/Concept/etc: need to add @deliveryTarget, equation, mathml, markup, XML mention, release management, SVG domains

Machinery notes: add SVG domain

Learning map: add release management domain

Learning group map: add release management domain

Learning object map: add release management domain

Learning bookmap: add release management domain
