XSD Generation Status: 2 Sept 2014

I have worked out what the constraint configuration for the two
learningAssessment constrained shells needs to be. Now I just need to
figure out how to generate that configuration from the RNG. Still
remaining: issues with the new learningGroupMap and learningObjectMap
XSDs. I'll be looking at these in the coming days.
