Errata: Misstatement in Reference Entry for ux-window

The ux-window reference entry says:

"The <ux-window> element can be used anywhere within a map"


In fact ux-window is allowed in topicmeta (as the last children). So the
statement is not really accurate and implies it can literally go anywhere
which of course it cannot.

Suggest changing the statement to:

"The <ux-window> element can occur within <topicmeta>."
