Issue with MATHML DTDs: Forwarding for Leigh White, IXIASOFT

Hi Kris...we've discovered a DTD issue with the MathML DTDs...the file mathml3.dtd from the DITA 1.3 plugin (in dtd/technicalContent/dtd/mathml/mathml3/) references the file mathml3-qname.mod, which is not declared in any catalog.
Causing validation errors for customers who are actually using MathML.
Can you pass this along to the TC, please?
