For those interested but not on the right OASIS mailing list: This ballot closed today with 63 "Yes" votes.
There were also 4 "Abstain" votes. Is there a reason why you would officially record a vote of Abstain in a process like this, when (it seems to me) failing to vote is a de facto "Abstain" anyway?
