DITA 1.3 errata 02: Confusion in 3.7.5 <index-base>

    The topic states the following:

    

    "The <index-see-also> element
    is specialized from <index-base>;
    see index-see-also for an example of
    how <index-base> can be used with specialization."

    

    The <index-see-also> topic does not contains any mention of
    <index-base>, other than the "Inheritance" section.
