Information about migrating to DITA 2.0

The DITA TC has committed to providing information about migrated
      to DITA 2.0, and we now have a person (Zoe Lawson) who has
      volunteered to own the work.

    
What is the best format for this information? We'll have at least
      the following options (and probably others that I have not thought
      about):

    
      
Non-normative appendix in the spec.

      
Committee note -- This has the advantage of being authored in
        DITA, and we can update it as needed.

      
Wiki page -- Can be updated as needed.
