Need for color/graphic expertise

OASIS has rebranded with different colors. We need to select a
new color for the background for link previews. For more
      information, see http://docs.oasis-open.org/dita/dita/v1.3/errata01/os/complete/part3-all-inclusive/introduction/formatting-conventions-xhtml-output.html#formatting-conventions-xhtml-output

Tom, might this be a task for you?

We need to:

Select the color

Update the stylesheets

Generate a new image for the "Formatting conventions in the
XHTML version of the specification" topic

This is not a item that the TC needs to discuss, but I am sending
e-mail so that we can get this task done.
