PDF for multimedia domain review

Hi, folks.

We are waiting to get a new instance of DITA-OT installed on the
DITAweb server. (Our DITA source uses <linktext> to store
variable text, which is not supported in the older version of
DITA-OT currently installed on the DITAweb server.)

Attached is a PDF of the multimedia-domain element-reference
topics. Read through it, think about your questions and comments,
and hopefully we'll have DITAweb up and running soon.

Do note the following:

Broken links to attribute topics

The topics are shared with LwDITA, so we use generic language
when it is not disruptive, for example: "audio objects" and
        "video objects".

Please take a look at the draft comments!
