Time to disband the Learning and training subcommittee

Dawn Stevens and Amber Swope have tried valiantly to get the subcommittee moving, but it just has not happened.
We need to discuss: Formally disbanding the subcommittee Making a plan to make the code source available on GitHub in an OASIS Open Repository Whether the TC can commit to updating that code source (in the future) to operate with DITA 2.0
