1. error wrt issue #36 (Remove deprecated items); we were voting on it for both stage 2 and stage 3, and also I left out the link to Kris's email on it.

2. error wrt issue #372; we did not vote on this issue.

3. mis-attribution of a statement in agenda item #10 to Frank, when it was made by Gershon.
