I am still working on the rendering with the oxygen folks, but what is the purpose of the PDF?
Are we actively using it as part of the review process, or is it meant to be a record of the comments?

It shows all the review comments, but it is not very usable.

Scott, maybe you can see if HTML rendered with that parameter gives us something better?
It d be great to get a single HTML file.
