First what version of RH are you using? Knowing your tetex* package
numbers would be a great help.
Second, I keep a collection of more up to date rpms at
http://www.labs.redhat.com/sgml but they are built for the RH 6.x
series and unless they are on the distribution itself or on the errata
page - they are not 100% supported by RH - I'll try to help as much as
I can though.
