Of course, now I have the problem that PNG images that are appropriately
sized for a web page are now too big for print. But I can fix that myself.
It should be noted that with teTeX 1.0.4 I got a coredump from pdftex when
reading the PNG file (and I didn't save the error message).
Upgrading to teTeX 1.0.7, which I've just done, fixes the problem.
