DOCBOOK-APPS: The DocBook way

First of all, sorry if this is a duplicate, but I got a message 
that my prior post didn't make it (screwups in the from-field).

So to repeat:

Hi folks,

I'm:

- new to docbook
- new on this list
- aware that this might be a tvivial question.

But I'm using the standard DSSSL for the DocBook XML v4 DTD and 
I want to keep my chapters on one page and still have the linked 
toc in the top of my chapters. Another way of putting it: how do 
I prevent that different <sect1>'s causes a chapter to be split 
up into pieces? - Just like the online DocBook (the book) does 
it.
