DOCBOOK-APPS: Images and pdf. Period.

Hi Thomas and all,

just wanted to thank you all with your very kind help. I am now able to
produce high quality PNG images for my PDF output, using ImageMagick
4.2.9, GhostScript 5 and the eps2png script provided by Thomas, slightly
modified.

Our manuals in the U.S Will now hopefully appear with the headers on
each page :-)
