DOCBOOK-APPS: Again: page-number-restart

I know this topic was discussed here recently, but I got somehow
lost...

Using jadetex 3.5, plain docbook DSSSL stylesheets 1.62, and jade/openjade
I get restarting page numbers (though %page-number-restart% is set to
#f) at the first and the second chapter, but not on the following
chapters :-(

What I want is not to restart the page numbers on chapters at all.
What should I do?
