DOCBOOK-APPS: <subtitle> in <sections> with fo do not work

Hi,

why  do  <subtitle>  within  a <section> not work when i generate a fo
file. if i generate html it worked.
In  fo the subtitle is printed with the tag "<subtitle>" and the color
is red.
I am using a CVS Version of docbook-xml that is one week old, i think.
