DOCBOOK-APPS: No Page Numbers in RTF TOC

Hi!

I'm using version 1.69 of the DSSSL style sheets and when converting my
article to RTF I get no page numbers in the TOC.

This applies to Jade. I tried both "-i rtf95" and "-i rtf97" but none of
them makes a difference.

What's the problem?
