DOCBOOK-APPS: Docbook XSL from sourceforge CVS

Hello All,
 I would like to do some conversionss of dockbook XML to HTML using the
apache xerces/xalan
(actually my main interest is looking at converting CALS tables to HTML). I
have downloaded the
bookbook xsl project from sourceforge CVS, but I cannot get it to run. It
seems there are some files missing.
I get the following error:

file:///d:/cvswork/DocBookXSL/common/l10n.xml; Line 0; Column 0; XSLT Error
(javax.xml.transform.TransformerException): File
"file:///d:/cvswork/DocBookXSL/common/af.xml" not found.

Looking at the .cvsignore for the common directory af.xml is listed with
quite a few other files. Where can I get these other files from?
