DOCBOOK-APPS: How can I transform PO files directly into PS?

Hi,

I'm using pdftex to transform PO files
into PDF files. Then, when I need them as
PS, I use pdf2ps...

Question: Is there a tool on Linux for
converting PO files directly into PS files
without having to generate PDF first?
