DOCBOOK-APPS: Labeling and Referencing programlistings

Hi list,
The only way I found to label and reference <programlisting> elements is
to enclose them in either <example> or <figure> elements. For articles
about programming, I woul much prefer to seperate those, including a
separate TOC for my listings. The articles tend to include all three
elements.

Any plans this will be added?
