Hi,

As per Docbook XSL: The Complete Guide, I have created
xinclude.mod which works. Now I want to add xi:include
as an allowed child of the preface element. 
What would the ENTITY be required to process?

<!ENTITY % ????.????.???? "| xi:inlcude">
