Okay that one is fixed, a bad side effect of the fix to another bug
which destroyed some dictionary entries used for namespace recognition
when those namespaces are within an internal parsed entity :-\
In a nutshell don't use libxml2-2.6.1 for Docbook XSLT processing, and
go back for an earlier version until I make a new release, sigh ...
