Website is a customization layer of the stock
DocBook HTML stylesheets.  The customization
templates handle the new elements in Website,
such as webpage, and let the stock stylesheets
handle the regular DocBook elements.
A section element is handled by the match="section"
template in html/section.xsl in the DocBook XSL
distribution.
